EXCELLENT Hotel Experience!
main transportation helpful staff nice neighborhood
the hotel is super close to the main transportation hubs, a HUGE plus. i walked just a couple of minutes to catch the tram and the metro! the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Shahin at the front desk. the hotel's neighborhood is nice, and i found lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
The room size was small. I think it could be more practical for families with children. i also noticed that the room wasn't very clean. The floor was dusty and one of the towels had a stain.

The reception operates 24/7, offering continuous assistance. The staff demonstrates friendliness and willingness to help guests with any inquiries or requests. They offer service in a timely manner and with great dedication.

excellent stay in a superb location
convenient location fresh towels varied breakfast
The proximity to the tram was beneficial. the location proved convenient for getting around. housekeeping cleaned my room daily. fresh towels and sheets were always provided. the helpful staff ensured i had enough bottled water. i also received more when i needed it. This was so thoughtful. the breakfast options changed every day. it was really amazing to see such variety.
the room i had was sometimes noisy early in the morning, beginning around 6 am. there was loading and unloading activity .

breakfast offered a good variety and changed daily. fresh vegetables and fruit were available. there was also a selection of soluble coffee offered. the breakfast options were actually quite excellent for a hotel of this size.

the staff members are cute and friendly. they offered helpful information to tourists. they were always available to assist. their guidance really enhanced my visit.

the room was cleaned every day and the facilities were complete. fresh water bottles were supplied regularly. the daily room service. i appreciated the attention to detail.

decent stay , some drawbacks
convenient location city views easy access room cleaning initial room dirty carpets
the hotel's location proved convenient. i found it easy to reach shops and transportation. the breakfast area offered city views. it was a plus.
the room i got was not as advertised initially , a bit of a letdown. the room cleaning was not thorough. carpets were not vacuumed well . the washroom also needed more attention.
